Appearance of Qinghai Goji Berries

Their color ranges from dark red to reddish-brown, often appearing duller. The skin is thicker, and the surface is slightly wrinkled, giving them a firmer texture. Due to the lower moisture content, they are drier and denser, resulting in a chewier bite. Their taste is milder and less sweet, with a slight herbal undertone. These characteristics are influenced by Qinghai’s high-altitude climate and arid conditions, which contribute to their unique appearance and texture.
